火柴棒練習法

練習的時候拿10只火柴（或是別的東西） 專注練習容易出錯的地方 調慢速度 每完美無缺的彈完一次就拿走一根 但如果有彈錯無論是錯音buzz還是掉節奏就要從第一根開始 以此來糾正錯誤 訓練自己的專注力和耐性

說是莫扎特教下的練習方式 汗－ －！！（這個不知道怎麼吐槽。。）

剛才老師那聽的 要求我以後每天要有這樣的練習 試了一下壓力山大。。 不過似乎對練習細節很好。。

而且專注力似乎很重要 每次一彈琴我就東想西想=w= 真的不行呢。。

於是乎 分享一下。

Match-Stick Method for Practicing

Twenty five years ago while living in Santa Fe,an elderly pianist shared this practice technique with me. She said that is wasa method used by Mozart and had been passed on to her many years before.


Use this method to perfect problem areas inpieces you are working on.
First define the exact cause of the problem. This issomething usually quite small. Now correct the small problem. For example itmight be a better fingering etc. 


If you cannot figure out what is causing theproblem or you are unclear on how to correct it, then you need a good teacher.So find one....
After you have an absolutely clear idea of what the solutionis, you are ready to use the following method.



Take ten match-sticks and place them on a tablenext to you. Mark the problem area in pencil. Set your metronome at a very slowspeed so that you can get through the problem area slowly and perfectly. Startplaying a few notes before the problem area and finish playing a few notesafter it. It is important to play into, through, and out of the problem areacorrectly. When you have done this move one match over. 
Now repeat the processagain playing the section 100% correctly and move another match-stick over.

Continuerepeating the process. If you make a single mistake such as missing a note,getting a buzz, breaking the rhythm, using the wrong fingering, etc. push allthe match-sticks back and start again at number one.


If you make a mistake on the tenth time you muststart again at one. If you cheat you only hurt yourself.


The match-stick method of practice is veryeffective. When used correctly it does the following:


It is a great tool for focusing your mind. Thereis a clear and concise short term goal to concentrate on which is playing theproblem area correctly. As you move match-sticks over you become more focusedand concentrate because you don't want to make a mistake and start over again.


The match-stick method practiced correctly yieldsconsistency. You have taken a problem, corrected it and are now able to play itperfectly at least ten times in a row. That's an accomplishment.


This method takes a problem and uses it to makeyou a better player.



So that's it! A simple technique which willyield excellent results. Technique serves the music so as you use this methoddo it as musically as possible.
