关于Youtube的最新版权条例

YouTube is implementing a number of industry wide changes on November 18th 2013. The changes have implications for channels on YouTube so it’s important that all network partners are aware of the developments.

This document outlines top-level information on the upcoming changes and BroadbandTV will be following up with additional information leading up to November 18th.

Copyright Strikes
Copyright strikes are now more impactful on the YouTube community as a whole, and YouTubers should review all current content for copyright issues.

An example of a copyright issue
would be including third party owned music, sports clip, tv show or anything similar uploaded by you to your channel. If you didn’t produce it, you are at risk of copyright issues.

ContentID Claims
Partnered content will now be more subject to ContentID Claims. This is an automated copyright search of your uploaded videos that detects copyrighted material posted to your channel if any.

How ContentID claiming affects you
If you upload copyrighted content without proper permission, the content owner could:

Claim all ad revenue from the uploaded video
Track the viewership and statistics of the uploaded video
Block the video entirely

Revenue
All users will now be able to see their channel’s revenue via YouTube’s interface. Please note that the revenue shown on your YouTube account is calculated before any revenue share with a network, and may not represent your final earnings. For users of VISO Catalyst, keep in mind that your revenue statements and estimated revenue are available right from the interface along with the ability to optimize, upload and personalize your content.

红字是重点，简单来说youtebe会对没有授权的音乐视频大砍杀.. （而且会针对频道，有可能整个被砍）
嗯这条例早有了？但是你在youtube找歌还是能找到吧... 未来会查的较严了 = =
其实我真的不知道这个会对大陆影响多少.. 但我相信像是优酷还是土豆的音乐视频多是转自Youtube
我的情况是，喜欢的爵士嘻哈频道，全受到影响.. 频主们表示各种备份视频中
旧歌会被各种砍，就连封面用了没授权的图也会砍 , 对未来的新歌也有影响吧 ，这个月18号开始生效
可恶啊啊啊我这几年都在youtube找歌，这叫人怎么活下去！

我也不了解国外的知识产权是怎么样的 但是网络在如今这个年代 这么V5 我想也许会出现会员制的频道。

日本的情况还是要好些，除了 sony 这个贱货以外其他家的艺人作品一般都是睁一只眼闭一只眼的态度

youtube最近已经有这选项了，我认识的频主说有个开启“付费订阅”的选项在他频道设置里
这表示Youtube计划让人们付费订阅频道，各种合法赚钱吧
这年代网络越来越少免费的音乐了。。。唱片公司并不傻，它们早在搞合法付费下载和到处砍杀非法下载了

这次情况不同了，是自动搜查你上传的视频是否违规，并不需要持有版权的公司/艺人举报
具体方法我不知道，但我引用的文章确实有提到

对于爱听小众音乐的我影响超大啊，因为它们的音乐都是需要付费下载的。。youtube免费听啊
虽然对支持正版是个好事
这样youtebe只剩合法上传的流行曲，或者是艺人授权上传的少量音乐 ...
